When I use Vibrational healing I work with the sounds from the flute and the drum. The vibration from the tones breaks up any negative energy within our energy field which can effect our physical body, and health. Specific tones and or music has been known throughout time to to alter ones mood, and thought patterns. Specific tones and or music can relax, and inhance ones health, physically, spiritually and emotionally.
