I use a technique called breath work which utilizes the life force of breath to remove pain and blockages within the aura/ human energy field. Breath is the life force that we breath inside of us.

Before I work with this technique I always ask the client. It usually works very fast, and people will notice a difference of some sort in the area being worked on.

God wants us to be able to heal and become one people. Mother earth needs healing as well, and when one takes the time to facilitiate healing in ourselves we effect the area around us, thus helping others and Mother Earth.
